According to the passing argument of citizens Ch. Khurts, L.Tsog, P.Bold and N.Ariunbold, Constitution council has done its mid-session. From citizen, the law about mineral resource, that was some clauses, such as 50 percents of doing exploitation prospecting by state capital and 34 percents of individual capital will be state’s, are break the 6th chapter of Constitution. Parliament members, Ts.Monkh-Orgil and D.Odkhuu are controlling this law and they are entrusted delegations.

President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj sent an order to the Government concerning the murder case in border protection division. Adviser of the President A.Ganbaatar said the order can be stated as “The murder case in the border protection base is a black spot in the history of Mongolian military. It is unforgivable to murder the colleague soldiers who were protecting the motherland side by side. It is an utmost importance to find out the reason”
President thinks the guilty person must be given responsibility. The Government is responsible to decide which official worked insufficiently. Presidential adviser said he will not deny there may be many reasons behind the murder case such as ethics of the young people today and poverty and other reasons but stated that the officials are never blamed for such cases.

 

According to the edict of President of Mongolia, Ts.Elbegdorj gave state prizes to B.Batbayar, valueing his works Mongolians-Nuudel suudal and B.Monkhbold, encouraging his “Concert of zither”, “Sonata of Piano” and “Concert of Morin khuur”, on 24, November, 2009.
When Ts.Elbegdorj, President of Mongolia congratulated them, he said ”Mongolians are very talented, optimistic, having much wealth of history, culture and tradition”.
After rewarding state prize, B.Batbayar said “This prize is not mine, but it is for my work, Mongolians- Nuddel suudal, had written for 15yeras”. And B.Monkhbold remembered his father, composer G.Birvaa and said his word again, “The state prize is a big responsible”.

To improve the quality of tuition private universities started to unite. According to the 183th order about validation target of Minister of Ecutaion, Culture and Science Ministry to reduce the some major’s students number and increase the students number who is studying such as in the minig field. Mining is very necessary asked and salable field in our condition. Most of these uniting universities prepare unsaleable specialists. Officer said  that hereafter private universities will  be united.

Yesterday 8th conference of Mongolia-Russia Government Commission on Trading, Economic, Science and Technological Cooperation began. The meeting is being chaired by Government Secretary of Ministry for Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar. Russian delegates are led by Deputy Director of Representative in Siberia Union of the President of Russia V.I.Psarev. Conference is held every two years. This year’s meeting is analyzing the actualization of negotiations made during the previous conference.

Open discussions about improving the trading near border areas, reduce bureaucracy, encourage student exchange programs and develop culture and tourism are being made. There are 29 ports operating near borders of the two countries. The officials are aiming to improve their service instead of increasing the numbers. Furthermore, the sides will discuss about creating a united zone of tourism. This action will be beneficial to increase number of tourists.

The Government Secretary also said exporting live animals on foot is also be one of the main topics. This year, 400 sheep were exported to Russia on foot by the contract of 15 thousand tons of meat.
