Greater part of mongolian state budget consists of income from copper concentrate.

Because of the world economic crisis People’s Republic of China and USA’s copper usage decreased rapidly, as a result of it copper rate devalued in 2008-2009. Nevertheless economic crisis started to weaken from middle of this year and economic slowly recovering influenced copper price improvement.
Copper price is increasing comparatively permanent in the world market this year. This improvement of copper rate is influencing to some product’s price increase. As well as our country’s income rising because of our main raw material is  copper. Solid copper’s average price is 4473,5 dollars in metal’s stock market of London within first eight months of this year.
Improvement of copper price is apparently useful for our country. Because our country’s budget will increase so much. With greater budget staffs and civil servants can be paid, as well as pension, fringe benefits can be given without interruption. Copper price estimated that it would be 3700 dollars in appropriation of budget 09. However now one ton of solid copper price is over 6000 dollars. So copper price is estimated that it would be on in average 5700 dollars in state budget of 2010.
