“This Bill is being submitted to Parliament on order to implement both the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party’s and the Democratic Party’s election manifesto promises to distributr profits from mineral resources to Mongolia’s people from 2010, folloeing approval of the relevant Human Development Fund Law ”, said the Prime Minister, requesting Parliament to discuss and approve this Bill.
